Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD WAYNE MONKMAN August 12, 1945 - May 9, 2012 To my Husband: Rick, you're gone away, I'm okay, I don't hurt much anymore. I only hurt a little each morning, I only hurt a little each night. I only hurt when I see your face, Looking back at me from a picture frame. I only hurt when I go to bed and you're not there curled up beside me. I only hurt when I think of the love we shared. I only hurt when I go somewhere that we've been together. I only hurt when I speak your name or when others do the same. I only hurt when I remember so many things that you used to do and say. I only hurt when I remember the tender moments that we knew. So you see Rick .... I only hurt a little.... Each and every day since you went away. I love you.... I miss you.... Loving you always, Lyn. To our Dad and Grandpa: We watched you suffer, We watched you sigh, But all we could do, Was just stand by. When the time came, We suffered too, For you never deserved, What you went through. God took your hand, As we had to part, He eased your pain, But He broke our hearts. If you could have spoken, Before you died, These are the words, You would have replied. "This life for me, Has truly passed. I have loved you all, Till the very last. Weep not for me, But courage take, And love one another, For my sake." We all love you and miss you so much. Love, your Children and Grandchildren.
